Design and manage crypto asset earn & loan products; drive the entire product development process from research and design to launch. Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, and engineers.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or trading technology.
  • A solid understanding of crypto, including but not limited to CeFi trading and earn & loan products.
  • A strong knowledge of financial markets, including but not limited to high-frequency trading, arbitrage trading, and risk management.
  • A data-driven and user-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Responsibilities

  • Design and manage crypto asset earn & loan products, including but not limited to flexible earn, fixed earn, margin/collateral lending etc
  • Drive the entire product development process from research and design to launch. Collaborate with designers, UX researchers, and engineers to develop detailed product specifications and oversee product launches.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, user research, and market research to identify client pain points and needs while staying informed of the overall market landscape.
  • Innovate products by defining and delivering the product roadmap, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies to empower the CeFi earn & loan business.
  • Define and analyze product performance metrics to guide product development.
