  • Proven track record working on 0→1 projects and designing from the ground up.
  • Proficient with tools such as Figma.
  • Experience with animation and motion.
  • Strong experience with data-driven design, including interpreting player metrics and product KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with growth design and optimizing for business outcomes such as CAC, LTV, and conversion.

  • Evidence of metric impact through previous design experiments or product improvements.
  • Ability to operationalize AI in the design process, including using tools for generative testing and personalization.
  • Strong product thinking, especially within complex ecosystems like Web3 (bonus if familiar with token utility, marketplaces, or decentralized economies). Demonstrated self-awareness and ability to thrive amid ambiguity and evolution.
  • Responsibilities

  • Rapidly validate and launch player-first Web3 experiences from the ground up (0→1), including designing for products like Immutable Play.
  • Drive product validation through rapid experimentation—turning bold hypotheses into shippable insights quickly.
  • Generate and prioritize a robust experimentation backlog focused on commercial and player impact.
  • Apply behavioral design principles rooted in game psychology (e.g., variable rewards, status loops) to enhance retention and monetization.
  • Define and monitor product health metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, engagement, conversion).
  • Operationalize AI in the design process—using generative tools to accelerate testing, simulate outcomes, and personalize player experiences.
  • Scale design impact through systems thinking and experimentation frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to test, ship, and optimize player-facing features.
