Job Description

OKX seeks a Product Director for User Growth to drive natural product growth through innovative features boosting user conversion, retention, and reactivation. This role will leverage the product for viral growth, deepening engagement and loyalty, particularly in European and American markets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies that harness the power of product features to drive natural user acquisition and retention.
  • Spearhead initiatives to create viral growth loops within the product ecosystem.
  • Design, implement, and optimize product-led experiments to boost user conversion rates, increase retention, and reactivate dormant users.
  • Analyze user behavior data to continuously refine growth strategies and improve the overall user journey.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to growth initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics to track performance metrics, measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Implement agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and continuous improvement of growth experiments.
  • Drive the end-to-end growth process in the European and American markets, leveraging your direct experience in launching and scaling products from scratch.
  • Develop tailored go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets and establish strong product-market fit.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation by developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and scaling successful growth initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to ensure OKX remains at the forefront of product innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of growth hacking or growth marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on leveraging product features for organic growth.
  • Proven direct experience in launching and scaling products from 0 to 1 in the European and American markets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and experimentation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in data tools and agile methodologies to manage and optimize growth initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to identify and act upon emerging growth opportunities.
  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, particularly in the crypto or fintech industries, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
