Job Description
Manage the customer experience of fiat-to-crypto conversion within Ledger Live. Collaborate with various teams to define and execute product vision and strategy, focusing on secure experiences and increased conversion.
Responsibilities
- Align, define, and execute the product vision and strategy.
- Follow a solid discovery discipline to gather user insights.
- Work with senior management to identify and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Oversee and drive the product life cycle, from planning to launch.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure product success.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery team.
- Optimize and scale the integration of partners.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Manager for consumer (B2C) products.
- Experience in funnel optimization, A/B testing and conversion-driven roadmap.
- Proven ability to work as a member of a diverse, multidisciplinary product team.
- Passion for end-to-end user experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
