Aptos is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the Petra wallet across web extension, web and mobile platforms. This role involves crafting product strategy and driving execution for a central component of the Aptos ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management in in consumer fintech, with a focus on payments or investing
  • Deep understanding of fintech, web3, and DeFi products and ecosystems
  • Experience leading large-scale consumer products
  • Experience taking initiatives and products from conception through launch, managing and end-to-end delivery
  • Experience managing multiple projects and initiatives across internal and external teams
  • Strong ability to interpret research and data to dissect industry trends and create actionable insights
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a proven track record for working well across internal and external teams to influence priorities and drive project execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Responsibilities

  • Create a compelling product vision and strategy for Petra that considers industry trends and innovations, user needs, stakeholder input, company priorities, and product data
  • Identify and prioritize new features, projects, and opportunities to create an exciting and engaging wallet experience for our users
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation through requirements, design, development, testing, go-to-market, and subsequent product iteration
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and legal to deliver high-quality products quickly and efficiently
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive data-informed decision-making
  • Communicating product vision, progress, and challenges to internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Provide clear direction, set priorities, and manage resources effectively to achieve product goals.
