Job Description

Lead the product team in defining direction, fostering collaboration, and enhancing capabilities to drive user growth and engagement by delivering innovative campaign features and building robust task platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define Growth Activity & Task Product team's Vision and Goals: Build the product roadmap, set clear product positioning, and steer the team’s direction to achieve strategic growth objectives.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging a deep understanding of campaign and task operations and strategies.
  • Develop Go-To-Market plan and product operation plan that maximize product value. Proactively identifying opportunities to generate business growth and market impact. Stay ahead of industry trends, applying best practices to ensure the product remains competitive and forward-thinking.
  • Oversee and support team operations, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality features. Develop team capabilities and new skillsets to rapidly adapt the dynamic industry changes. Lead by example, cultivate team members by providing guidance, mentorship and timely consultation.
  • Build strong relationships and influence multiple teams, including Business, Trading, SEO/ASO, Affiliate and Compliance to orchestrate complex cross-functional and cross-market initiatives. Drive growth metrics alignment with business and product leadership. Ensure smooth execution of initiatives that bring the growth products to the next level.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, in hyper-growth global tech companies.
  • 3+ years of expertise in growth activity, mega sale, personal task, loyalty system, and platform products, with proven success of driving growth through innovative product solutions.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to define product positioning and build comprehensive roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of data analysis, user research, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver large-scale projects and navigating cross-team dependencies in a dynamic organization.
  • A passion for fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and growth within the team.
