Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Product Director, preferably in an internet company or established crypto company.

Sufficient understanding of cryptocurrencies, centralized (Cefi) or decentralized finance (DeFi), and related concepts.

A passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Ability to analyze complex data sets, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven product decisions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving industry and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies.

Spearhead initiatives to create viral growth loops.

Design, implement, and optimize product-led experiments.

Analyze user behavior data to continuously refine growth strategies.

Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams.

Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to growth initiatives.

Utilize advanced data analytics to track performance metrics.

Implement agile methodologies to ensure rapid iteration and continuous improvement of growth experiments.

Drive the end-to-end growth process in the European and American markets.

Develop tailored go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets.

Foster a culture of experimentation by developing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and scaling successful growth initiatives.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Define and prioritize the product roadmap.

Work closely with engineering, design, and other relevant teams to drive the development process from ideation to launch.

Plan and execute successful product launches.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.

Effectively communicate product updates, progress, and impact to stakeholders at all levels.
