Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or in growth-related roles within the internet industry. Experience in C2C or cross-border e-commerce is a plus.
  • Proven track record in driving growth in overseas markets, particularly in Southeast Asia or CIS regions.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • Familiarity with Growth Hacking methodologies and hands-on experience in user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
  • Strong data analysis skills, proficient in tools such as SQL and Excel.
  • Market-sensitive with the ability to quickly identify user needs and market opportunities.
  • Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for core overseas C2C markets, focusing on user acquisition, transaction volume growth, and market share expansion.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and user behavior to create actionable growth plans.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct in-depth research on localization needs in overseas markets, including user habits, cultural differences, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and design teams to implement localization strategies.
  • Continuously optimize product features and user experience to improve satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with overseas market teams, technical teams, and data teams to ensure effective execution of growth strategies.
  • Coordinate resources to deliver cross-departmental projects on time.
  • Identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks through data analysis, providing actionable insights.
  • Regularly produce growth reports to support management decision-making.
  • Explore partnership opportunities in overseas markets and build relationships with local partners.
  • Drive marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
