Senior Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who sets a high bar for both design craft and product thinking. Responsibilities

Communicates the “why” behind design choices clearly, building alignment across cross-functional teams.

Has experience designing for crypto platforms (CEX, DEX, wallets, DeFi), or can demonstrate a strong personal understanding of trading, investing, or financial tools.

Has led end-to-end design for complex, high-quality digital products across web and mobile, with a focus on clear, user-centered solutions.

Holds a high bar for visual clarity and interaction detail, knowing when to focus on precision and when to move quickly.

Operates with curiosity, ownership, and initiative—thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where impact matters.

Thinks strategically about product and user flows—translating complex or technical problems into intuitive, scalable experiences.

Uses research and user insights to guide decisions, partnering closely with product and engineering to influence what gets built.

Requirements

Ability to iterate rapidly based on user feedback, analytics, and cross-team input while maintaining visual and interaction quality.

Expert proficiency in Figma or equivalent tools for design, prototyping, and maintaining scalable design systems.

Keen eye for detail with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and accessibility awareness.

Mastery of the full product design process, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and production-ready assets.

Skilled at designing data-heavy and complex workflows, translating technical concepts into clear, approachable interfaces.

Strong collaborator who partners with product, engineering, and other teams to drive shared understanding and deliver high-impact solutions.

Strong foundation in responsive and mobile-first design principles, creating seamless experiences across devices.
