We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to deliver designs in a remote environment. You’ll be working directly with the product, engineering and sales team. Our design team is small with a wide range of design deliverables from simple banners to complex user experience flows.

Key Responsibilities

Work cross-functional with engineering, product and other relevant teams to provide solutions to UX and UI challenges

Communicate your ideas through high-quality concepts and prototypes

Provide engineers with clear design specifications making sure your designs are understood and implemented as expected

Collaborate with your stakeholders to facilitate alignment, create shared understanding, and communicate your design rationale

Candidate Requirements

Relevant professional experience (at least 4 years)

Previous experience in the web3 space is a must.

Well-rounded, driven designer in a fully-remote environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction within the team and external stakeholders

End-to-end champion of usability and user-centric design

Fluent in Figma, design libraries and components

Consistent in following our brand and voice as it evolves

Strong ability to work well within a team and to be self-guided on a day-to-day basis

Willingness to quickly and successfully embrace and adapt change

Willingness to learn and grow within the role
