OKX is building a next-generation AI-driven growth engine. This role requires deep expertise in prompt engineering and experience launching AI products, ideally in financial services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product management, including 1+ years in AI-focused roles with growth orientation.
  • Proven ability to design and refine prompts for LLMs.
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in launching AI products from concept to market, preferably in financial or fintech domains.
  • Strong understanding of transformer architectures and LLM internals.
  • Exceptional data-driven decision-making, strategic thinking, and clear communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

    • Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement AI-driven growth strategies.
  • Lead prompt design and optimization.
  • Architect, build, and maintain AI agent frameworks and a scalable Model Compute Platform (MCP).
  • Drive end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
  • Continuously scan the AI landscape.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, marketing, and operations.
