Lead the development of next-generation crypto-based merchant payment solutions. Research market needs, understand merchant pain points, and define impactful solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, ideally focused on merchant payments (C2B/B2B), acquiring, or checkout experience.
  • Experience working with payment processors, PSPs, card networks, stablecoins, or alternative payment rails.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, exploring open-ended problems and driving structured decision-making.
  • Proven experience in user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product direction.
  • Strong track record of turning strategy into execution, launching and scaling payment solutions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, business development, and design teams.
  • Passion for crypto payments, decentralized finance (DeFi), and Web3 commerce.
  • Understanding of on-chain transactions, Layer 2 scaling, stablecoin adoption, and gasless transactions is a plus.
  • Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research, user insights, and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to define, build, and launch impactful features.
  • Translate complex problems into clear product requirements and ensure smooth execution.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, data, and industry trends to continuously improve the product.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market developments to inform product decisions.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, including compliance, business development, and operations, to drive product success.
  • Communicate vision, progress, and impact effectively to internal teams and leadership.
