Requirements

Strong interest in Crypto and Options Trading

At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the trading domain

Bachelor's degree in business/finance/computer science is preferred

Solid product development design and project management skills

Great logical thinking and communication skills

Proactive, enthusiastic, passionate, empathetic to users' feedback and work well in a team setting

Ability to drive and lead projects independently

Responsibilities

Set business goals and achieve OKRs set within the wider trading product

Identify traders' painpoints and ideate innovative solutions, to improve overall trading experience & increasing trading volume of options product.

Crossfunctionally collaborate with different stakeholders and grow the options ecosystem, including but not limited to market makers, structured product issuers.

Own the end to end product lifecycle, which involves planning, research, analysis and executing the development plan to bring product to launch
