Requirements

  • A data-driven approach to decision-making, balanced with a deep empathy for the user experience
  • A strong passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
  • Proven experience in launching and iterating on successful software or financial products at scale
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of taking initiative and delivering results
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A humble and collaborative approach to work and team interactions

    • Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, milestones, and dependencies, aligning with strategic priorities
  • Define product features, create detailed specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, collaborate with QA on test plans, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery of products and features
  • Engage with customers through interviews and interactions to understand their needs and ensure the product meets those needs
  • Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively, making informed trade-off decisions
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to inform product decisions
  • Act as the primary liaison between the product team and other cross-functional teams
  • Oversee specific features within the product portfolio
