Manages the product lifecycle and solves complex problems in the fintech world. A key stakeholder in developing the long-term roadmap and strategy for the product and business.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of total professional experience with 5+ years of product management or technical product management experience
  • Experience developing longer term strategy and vision and breaking down into quarterly OKRs.
  • Experience working with users that are of a highly technical background (e.g. software engineers, SMEs, and leadership team members)
  • Ability to distinguish opinion from fact with a data-driven approach using data analytics and product insights collection
  • Strong technical knowledge of cloud technologies and ability to work effectively with engineers on high-level system architectures
  • Stakeholder and project management experience including the ability to manage projects, deadlines, and handle prioritization with competing pressures
  • Understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from ideation through sunset where scope may not be clearly defined and the problem space may shift
  • Finance, accounting, tax, or crypto industry experience
  • Work independently to meet clear objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Seeks leadership and accountability with ability to motivate teams
  • Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with design, engineers, SMEs, and other functions to ensure on-time and quality delivery of new products and improvements
  • Maintain consistent feedback loops with internal stakeholders and users of the product to gather ideas for unmet needs and guide future roadmap
  • Distill ambitious goals into tangible requirements and milestones for the team
  • Scope features and develop a transparent product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and integrates into a product vision
  • Track and measure metrics to evaluate the impact of a specific feature and analyze product data to derive insights to assist in the prioritization and post-release optimization of products
  • Address and respond to issues raised during the rollout & maintenance of specific features and general prioritization and triage of issues for a product
  • Communicate product updates to stakeholders, assist with early releases/launches, and participate in customer-facing product demos
  • Create product overviews for support and community while maintaining public and internal knowledge bases
