As a Content Designer, you'll bridge users and products, crafting clear content to build trust and intuitive experiences. You'll collaborate with various departments, including Product Management and Engineering.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated years of experience in UX writing or content design.
  • Experience with common design software and content management systems.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders from Product Management, Product Design, Marketing, User Research, Engineering, and Globalization.
  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on content metrics and an ability to communicate this efficiently to the team.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work with a global team across different timezones in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity working with compliance and legal teams during the content development and approval process.
  • A portfolio or selection of writing samples and past work to share.

    • Responsibilities

  • Craft clear, concise, and user-centered content for digital products.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, UX researchers, and developers to understand user needs and deliver content that enhances functionality and usability.
  • Develop content strategies that align with the company’s brand voice and tone, driving consistency across platforms and products.
  • Conduct user research, A/B testing, and content audits to analyze the effectiveness of content and improve user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain content guidelines, style guides, and best practices to ensure a cohesive content experience.
