About the Team

This role focuses on staking, rewards, stablecoin enablement, and adding new staking assets. It also serves as the foundation of the Earn product suite, owning key areas such as product integrations, reward supply chain, and staking payouts - while ensuring scalable and reliable delivery for clients.

The Opportunity

Lead the Consumer Earn Core pod, focusing on staking and stablecoin enablement

Drive strategy and execution for staking asset additions and related backend initiatives

Define and deliver the roadmap for foundational Earn Core capabilities that power the broader Earn product suite

Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and cross-functional teams to build and scale backend-heavy features

Translate complex technical requirements into clear product priorities and execution plans

Ensure high-quality delivery of staking and stablecoin solutions that meet both user and business need

Skills You Should HODL

6+ years of Product experience, ideally leading technical product areas

Strong crypto knowledge and deep understanding of staking mechanics for at least 1 chain

Experience with passive income generating financial products

Solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter

Well-rounded interpersonal skills, and experience interacting with diverse personalities

Outstanding organizational and communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities

Nice to haves

History of building or supporting crypto staking infrastructure
