About the Role

You will work across multiple verticals in a cross-functional capacity. The ideal candidate thrives in collaborative, agile environments and is comfortable working closely with technical teams. Experience with blockchain and decentralized finance (DeFi), particularly DEXs, is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and improvement of the product, working closely with engineering and design teams

Ensure the product meets the needs and expectations of users, often involving user research and feedback collection

Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy, aligning product goals with business objectives

Oversee the development and implementation of new features, from ideation to launch

Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators to inform decision-making and prioritization

Work closely with other teams such as marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure the product’s success

Who You Are

3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager. Previous experience working at an exchange (CEX or DEX) is required

Strong technical understanding, has been a dev, tech degree, experience with tech teams, and solid understanding of finance

Solid understanding of financial markets and how CEXs or DEXs works; trading experience or a finance-related degree is highly desirable

Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams

Passionate about product development and improvement, with a strong user-first approach

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a flexible, adaptive work style

Must be fluent in English
