Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years in product management; experience in cryptocurrency trading or exchange platforms is highly desirable.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Growth or CRM initiatives.
  • A strong data-driven approach, paired with deep empathy for users.
  • A keen interest in creating seamless onboarding experiences.
  • Adaptability to work on various Exchange-related projects as needed.
  • A proven track record of delivering and improving successful software or financial products.
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of taking initiative and achieving results.
  • A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey key information clearly and concisely.
  • Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize intuitive onboarding workflows that set the standard for cryptocurrency trading.
  • Ensure a seamless experience across mobile apps and websites, unifying onboarding for retail, VIP, and institutional users where appropriate.
  • Build connections between the Exchange and the company's other products for a cohesive user journey.
  • Implement event tracking to unlock funnel analytics and CRM insights.
  • Create dashboards that reveal user engagement patterns and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Growth and CRM teams to launch targeted campaigns that boost conversion and retention.
  • Develop creative strategies, such as promotions or referral programs, to attract and engage users.
  • Lead feature definition, crafting detailed specifications and success criteria.
  • Make informed trade-offs to balance impact, feasibility, and timelines.
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and QA to bring the product vision to life.
  • Guide technical solutions and ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Co-manage the product roadmap and backlog, delivering features on time.
  • Actively use and test the product to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Conduct user studies, client meetings, and interviews to gather actionable feedback.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Growth, and Sales teams to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors to keep the Exchange competitive.
  • Act as the representative for the domain, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals.
