Responsibilities

Coordinate with the VIP Sales team and analysts to track onboarding priority and progress.

Manage and assist with ongoing reviews and remediation programs for VIP clients.

Identify opportunities to enhance the VIP client journey by managing escalations and feedback.

Liaise between VIP and various initiative leads to assist in managing compliance with regulations.

Manage communications and tracking with the VIP team, including updating trackers and providing periodic updates.

Liaise with team members to drive various projects and coordinate stakeholders for a variety of initiatives.

Leverage latest technology and tools available to streamline and optimise internal processes, and propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency.
