Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in project and product management within the financial sector, with a focus on payment methods (payment arrangements, Pix, SPB, etc.).
  • Previous experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or technology companies for financial services.
  • Regulatory knowledge (Bacen, CVM, LGPD, etc.).
  • Relevant experience in system implementation projects (SaaS, ERP, CRM, core platforms, etc.).
  • Practical mastery of project and product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, SAFe, Lean, etc.).
  • Excellence in organization, prioritization, and simultaneous management of multiple complex projects.
  • Strong capabilities in budget, resource, and time management.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Desirable certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, Prince2, or similar.
  • Responsibilities

  • Lead the definition of product development strategy, focusing on innovation, scalability, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end projects, utilizing established frameworks (Scrum, PMBOK, SAFe, among others) to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant deliveries.
  • Establish and maintain up-to-date project plans, monitoring scope, risks, resources, and timelines.
  • Ensure effective management of the scope and quality of deliverables, with a critical view of risks and opportunities.
  • Assemble, coordinate, and engage multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executive reporting and status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Foster synergy between projects, business areas, and technology, ensuring strategic and operational alignment.
  • Evaluate project performance and propose continuous improvement actions.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance indicators, contributing insights for continuous evolution.
  • Develop technical and functional documentation and requirements for products, in partnership with involved areas.
  • Actively collaborate with departments such as Product, Technology, Commercial, Compliance, and Operations, maintaining a focus on customer experience.
