This role involves creating test plans and cases for compliance systems, building automated testing frameworks, and collaborating with development teams to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate has experience in automated testing and a strong understanding of financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in Software Quality Assurance or similar role, with specific experience in automated testing
  • 3+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory technology domains
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, KYC/AML requirements, and compliance frameworks
  • Proficient in Java, with understanding of JVM configuration, multi-threading, and concurrency frameworks
  • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools for both API and UI testing. Ability to script test automation using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective documentation and cross-team collaboration
  • Clear logical thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

    • Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for compliance systems, ensuring full regulatory coverage
  • Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for compliance systems, with focus on API and end-to-end integration testing
  • Develop test automation solutions that validate regulatory requirements and compliance rules are correctly implemented
  • Work closely with development teams to improve testability of compliance systems and build comprehensive regression coverage
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are being met
  • Design and implement compliance observability systems to ensure stability and regulatory compliance of online business
