About the Team

We are a team to design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various ventures projects, i.e., projects that are adjacent to our core businesses and are bootstrapped fast with a lean team. You will be actively involved in the design of various components behind scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks for functional, and regression testing

Lead testing efforts for complex features and critical product components, ensuring high reliability and performance

Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define clear quality criteria and testing requirements

Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test strategies and plans

Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development team

Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage

Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA team

Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processes

Communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Proven experience (4+ years) in software quality assurance, with significant exposure to multiple testing methodologies

Strong expertise in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Python, Java)

Experience with API testing (REST, WebSocket) and understanding of blockchain or fintech environments is a plus

Solid knowledge of agile development processes, CI/CD workflows

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Proven ability to thrive in an English-speaking, collaborative work environment
