Requirements

  • Extensive experience in revenue enablement and operations, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • A proven track record in customer-facing roles within a SaaS organization
  • Strong familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., Perplexity, Claude, Glean, ChatGPT/Copilot/Gemini) and the ability to articulate best practices for prompt engineering
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams and developing highly agile programs
  • A history of designing and deploying coaching programs aligned with a sales methodology or qualification framework
  • A demonstrated ability to ideate, develop, launch, and manage enablement programs tied to strategic GTM initiatives
  • Hands-on experience procuring, implementing, and administering new sales technologies
  • Ownership of a revenue playbook, from creation to execution
  • Responsibilities

  • Own development, iteration, and strategic adaptation of an L1 Enablement Program on an ongoing basis
  • Partner with Geo VPs to implement localisations for success program delivery
  • Scope, build, and deliver ad hoc L2 Enablement Projects on a rotational basis
  • Provide focused coaching and support to front line leaders around L1 Programs
  • Deploy against product launches, inorganic growth activities, and market expansions depending on bandwidth, relative need, and skills
